JWLA was founded in 1982. Today, we continue our mission to actively promote gender equality and leadership roles of our members in the legal profession, judiciary, and community at large. JWLA membership is open to all attorneys, male or female, as well as law students and non-attorneys who fall within the Affiliate or Strategic Partner Membership categories.

The JWLA is honored to celebrate our local, state, and federal judges, magistrates, Hearing Officers, and their Judicial Assistants at the annual Judicial Reception.  The JWLA is proud to celebrate our vibrant legal institution on our 44th Anniversary.
